TRAC stands for "To Reach And Connect", and it's an organization based in Lethbridge, Alberta. I just recently found out about this organization after a youth that I work with confided in me that she had started to cut herself, and my supervisor asked me to recommend this program to her. One of my goals after this course was to learn more about TRAC. What I currently know: it's a counselling organization that youth can call, text, or meet with. I often give out the TRAC business cards to youth that might need help or access to resources outside of our hours.
